The series talks strongly on issues like bullying, sexual assault, character assaulting, negligence, friendship, betrayal, and love. This is kind of an eye opener and self-assessment one. A girl called Hannah takes her life and records 13 tapes explaining who all were responsible for her death. Along with the reasons behind her suicide the series talks about various social issues around us on a sublime note.
