Baahubali 2: The Conclusion - My View

Movie is about the experience which makes us travel into a different world. We often dream and we never think about any logic or look for flaws in it. We travel and experience the dream. It is the experience that's what matters. This movie gives that experience.

Bahubali has its flaws but the experience it offers makes us go over it and cherish the movie. The experience we live in is on a different scale where you applause for many scenes and when the movie ends you can't stop from giving a good applause to it. And when you realise it's not only you who is applauding but many others along with you then you are all together in a different kind of feel. The feel you are not alone.

If the first part was about son the second part is about dad. This part says who Bahubali was and how he lost his powers and does his son gets to the power or not.

The performance from the actors is simply superb. Even the word superb doesn't justify for all their efforts in the movie. Everyone has not performed in the roles but have lived in it. After Padayappa, this is the movie where we see the fearsome Ramya. In fact, this is her best performance in life as far as I remember. During the first part, I was wondering why they have wasted Anushka and in this, it is totally her game. After Arundathi this is her best role. She has simply rocked in it. She looks stunning both as the princess as well as the aged queen. Sathyaraj and Nassar have totally made justice to their roles. What they bring to the table cannot be done by anyone else. Prabas as dad and son have given good variation and the amount of hard work he has put in this movie is clearly visible. Both physically as well as in performance he has done 100% justice. A story needs a strong villain and convincing performance to make the hero big. Rana has done that and this is his best movie to till date.

The BG score of the movie is a huge plus and is the real backbone of the movie. Picturisation wise it was stunning, gripping and beautiful. The VFX team should be lauded for their effects. Of course, there are few negatives but they can be dismissed when we see all the other positive impacts they have done. Songs were bit disappointing. The songs from the first part were enjoyable but we can't pick even a single one in the second part. This is a huge letdown in the movie. The stunt team should be lauded for the awesome stunt sequences they have placed across. The action block where Prabas and Anushka fight together is top notch.

Last, the real hero of the movie our director. This is not an out of the box story or something we are not aware of. A well-known story whose ending pretty much predictable. But the presentation and subplots that are woven inside the movie which entertains all fans inside the theatre. The person who can do this should be possessed with a magical and talented skill. Rajamouli seems to be a master in it. I am not sure if he can make another movie surpassing this one. Thanks to the director for his vision and bringing it live to us and ensured we enjoy it.

One of the best movies, I have seen in my life and all I would say is, go for it. The experience it gives us on the big screen can not be experienced anywhere else.

Vikram Vedha - My View

Vikram Vedha is a movie which shouldn't be missed. I don't remember how many times I have started a movie with such positive quote but I am I am happy this one start on the good note. Not only my view but the movie too starts out on the good positive note. The directors clearly make the audience to prepare for the movie from the movie title to the title cards. The plot of the story is Vedha who is a gangster presents puzzles to Vikram the police officer. How Vikram solves the puzzles and what it leads to is the rest of the story. My friend Sathish always use to say this (a director) half of the movie is done when the casting is done, The movies perfection and satisfying performance is due to the perfect casting, Right from the leads to the support characters all are cast perfectly and all have delivered a commanding performance. The sharp dialogues, BGM and excellent shots all through the movie are a huge plus for the movie. The first half was super fast and you ...

Teen Titans: The Judas Contract (My View)

More than the live adaptation movies, I personally love the animated version of DC movies. Always felt the animations are more faithful to the comics than the movies. In recent times, the animations were only of an average level when compared to the goodness it offered in the past. Looks like DC animations have found their way back with this movie. The plot focuses about the new Titan Terra trying to get a foot inside the team and at the same time, we see Starfire and Nightwing going towards relationship level. On another hand, we see two villains Deathstroke and Brother Blood setting a plan in motion to defeat and capture Teen Titans. The rest of the story is whether the villains become successful and why they want to capture the Titans and is Terra able to become a part of Titans family.  As said at the start of this article, after a long time DC animation team has given a perfect movie to us. All characters get a chance to showcase their presence in the story...
